Orders
By placing an order you agree to pay the listed price (plus any applicable shipping and tax) for a made-to-order, personalized item. Prices and product availability may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Personalization accuracy
You're responsible for checking the names, dates, spelling and photos you enter — the live preview shown before you add to cart is exactly what gets printed. Once production starts we can no longer make changes, so please double-check before ordering.
Cancellations
Because items are custom-made, an order can only be changed or cancelled before production begins. Email us with your order number as soon as possible if you need to make a change. See our Returns policy for what happens if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Acceptable use
Please don't upload or request personalization content that is illegal, infringes someone else's trademark or copyright, or that we reasonably consider offensive or harmful. We may decline or cancel an order for these reasons, with a full refund.
Limitation of liability
We aim to make things right if something goes wrong with your order (see Returns & Refunds), but to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
