Made to order
Every item is personalized and printed after you order — nothing is pre-made. Production typically takes a few business days, then your package travels with the carrier. You'll get an email when your order enters production and another with tracking when it ships.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated by product type and destination at checkout, before you pay — you'll always see the exact shipping cost before confirming your order. Orders over $75 ship free within the US.
Tracking
Once your order ships we email you a tracking link. Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the first carrier scan. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page.
International orders
We ship to many countries outside the US; availability depends on the specific product (a few items are US/Canada only — this is shown on the product page). International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.
