Because it's made just for you
Every item is personalized and produced after you order, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. We can only change or cancel an order before production starts — email us with your order number right away if you need to.
If something's wrong
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you personalized (our mistake, not a typo you entered), we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Email us a photo of the item within 30 days of delivery, along with your order number, and we'll take it from there. No need to ship anything back.
