Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email, shipping address, and the personalization details you provide (names, dates, messages and any photos you upload). Payment is processed entirely by PayPal — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, respond to your questions, and — only if you opt in — send you occasional emails about new designs or promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Who we share it with
Your order and shipping details are shared with our print and fulfillment partners solely to produce and ship your order, and with our payment processor (PayPal) to process payment. We don't share your information with anyone else except where required by law.
Site statistics
To understand which pages and campaigns work, we count visits to this store. We do not store your IP address or any cookie that identifies you personally: a visit is recorded with an anonymous code that changes every day, the page you viewed, and where you came from (for example a search engine or a link).
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any such email. To ask us to delete your account data, or for any other privacy question, email support@toplovehouse.com.
