HyNic-PEG-BCN

HyNic-PEG-BCN is a functional group that is widely used in pharmaceutical research and development. It is a trifunctional linker molecule that consists of hydrazinonicotinamide (HyNic), polyethylene glycol (PEG), and bicyclo[6.1.0]non-4-yne (BCN) groups. HyNic-PEG-BCN is often used to modify biomolecules such as antibodies, peptides, and nucleic acids, by covalently attaching them to surfaces or other molecules. The HyNic group is reactive towards the aromatic diazonium compounds and allows for the attachment of the linker molecule to various biomolecules. The PEG group provides water solubility and helps to reduce nonspecific binding, while the BCN group can be reacted with various azide-containing compounds.
